Today a beer that has been refined and honed into a unique Swedish craft beer. This fruity and hop-scented India Pale Ale combines classic British tradition with modern American energy.
Tasting notes
Huge hit of aromatic hops and malty aroma with hints of freshly mown hay, citrus and apricot. Intensely fruity and spicy flavours with distinct bitterness and hints of grass, ripe apricots and bitter oranges. Long aromatic aftertaste.
Serving tips
Serve at 10-13 °. Enjoy with herby and spicy lamb or beef dishes, or grilled and spicy chicken. If you prefer to eat cheese, varieties of chèvre are recommended.
