S:t Eriks Ljus Lager är vår nya lageröl

Vi har efter lång tid av tester och försök tagit fram en helt ny lageröl! Varsamt bryggd med svensk pilsnermalt, tysk humle och lagersjäst är S:T ERIKS LJUS LAGER en öl som gärna bör avnjutas som sällskapsöl, i ett kupat glas på din favoritkrog eller hemma. Den lätt örtiga aromen och det krispiga, torra avslutet bärs fram en markerad, avvägd beska. Vi har dessutom valt att filtrerat ölet för att få en riktigt klar och vacker lager.

Denna nya lageröl finns nu att beställa som burk på Systembolaget!

St Eriks Winter Session IPA is back

St Eriks was one of the Swedish breweries to develop the Session IPA-style early on. In 2015 the prototype was created that won the silver medal among Best Swedish Beers at the Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival. Later that year the follow up brew Winter Session IPA was launched in the Christmas seasonal range at Systembolaget, and now it returns for the fifth time set to be a regular at many Swedish Christmas dinings.

The secret to the success is the rich aroma and fine tuned hop bitterness, that pairs brilliantly with the Swedish Christmas cold buffet and main dishes. But also the delicious amber malt tone adding a sweet winter ale feel to it.

Not the least, as a Session IPA on its own and with the lower alcohol it’s of course a tasty choice for the seasonal social gatherings, where the fruity hop aromas of ripe mango and lemon peel added by sweet caramel malt tones come clear.
